Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. In Nigeria, readers under 18 also need a parent or guardian’s approval to comment or get the newsletter.
- Give true information about your age and country, and keep your password to yourself.
- You’re responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us.
- You can delete your account at any time.
Comments
Comments must follow our community guidelines. Our editors read every comment before it appears and may refuse or remove any comment. We may suspend or remove accounts that keep breaking the rules.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting a comment, you let us show it on the website next to the story, with your display name.

The stories, photos, logos and design on this site belong to XCEPTIONAL Media LLC or the people who created them. You’re welcome to read them and to share links to them. Please don’t copy or republish them without our permission.

Our stories are for information and encouragement. They aren’t professional, medical or legal advice. If you or someone you know is in danger or needs support, talk to an adult you trust or contact one of the helplines shown on our stories about serious topics.
